🚨 Know the Scam. Stop the Scam.

One of the fastest-growing fraud schemes right now is the “Gold & Bitcoin” government imposter scam — and it’s costing families their life savings.

How the scam works:
1️⃣ Scammers pose as the FBI, FTC, Treasury, or local police
2️⃣ They claim your bank account is under investigation
3️⃣ They create fear, urgency, and secrecy
4️⃣ They instruct you to withdraw cash or buy gold or Bitcoin
5️⃣ A “courier” arrives to collect it for “safekeeping”
6️⃣ Once it’s gone — it’s gone

🚫 This is always a scam.
No legitimate government agency will ever ask for gold, Bitcoin, cash pickups, or secrecy.

If you receive a suspicious call:
✔️ Hang up immediately
✔️ Verify using official phone numbers or websites
✔️ Talk to a trusted family member or friend
✔️ Report it right away:
